Pending the signature of the contract that will enable the production of aggregates for the start of asphalting, work is underway to lay concrete gutters in the urban section, pour concrete ditches at kilometre point 17+700, backfill from borrowed material at kilometre point 27+400, lay the base course at kilometre point 28+600 and prefabricate gutters, scuppers and kerbs.
