As voter registration intensifies, the unity among opposition leaders constitutes the final hope of the Cameroonian people. While we commend Cameroonians for their massive response to the call for voter registration, we must do everything to ensure that we block any hindrances that may obstruct our dream of bringing political change to the country. The most powerful weapon we need today to win this battle is unity among our opposition leaders. As I have always said, if opposition leaders do not come together to form a coalition, believe me, the young Cameroonians actively registering on the voter rolls are just wasting their time. To Barrister Akere Muna, Professor Maurice Kamto, and Honorable Cabral Libii, Cameroonians have great admiration for you for steering our country's political transition towards a new era.
At this crucial moment in our nation's history, we must not tolerate even the slightest bit of pride, ego, and arrogance, especially in this sole chance we have to crush and change the analog system in place in our country. The hopes of suffering Cameroonians rest in your hands, along with the decision to either revive them or extinguish them.
